There is a misconception that to meditate means sitting in an uncomfortable position for hours at a time, unaffected by your environment or body while keeping the mind blank. This is simply not true. Anyone can meditate and everyone can benefit from it.

Originating in India, yoga (Sanskrit word for Union) is a practice to attain tranquility in the mind and spirit through physical movement, poses, breath, meditation and stillness. Yoga is not about being flexible or young, or being good or bad at it; it is the act of practicing that counts. We practice movement, and stillness and staying in the present moment. As such, Yoga is a Moving Meditation.
Yoga comes in many forms adaptable to suite everyones ability. Yoga is not just exercise, it is a mindset. Each yoga practice is specially customized just for you and ends with complementary Reiki. There are many types of aromatic oils used in aromatherapy, all with unique properties and benefits. I use a combination of essential oils (aromatic plant oils), extracts, and tinctures creating a pleasant, soothing atmosphere that promotes a sense of well being, relaxation, and balance.
During your session I will create a custom blend specific for your needs, educate you on how aromatherapy supports your wellness, and how to implement it in your life. You can use your custom blend during meditations, at work or home, applied to skin, inhaled or diffused.

Sometimes called Death Doulas or Death Midwives, End of Life Doulas help facilitate a good death. What that entails is different for every person and I work tirelessly to communicate the patient’s desires to family members, friends, the medical team and non-medical support staff alike. I also help with logistical planning, holistic treatments, and comforting practices for both the patient and their family.

Amethyst Warming Mat: A perfect addition to yoga practice and meditation, provides a warm, soothing environment to facilitate deep relaxation, mental peace and serenity. Using a combination of fabrics and Amethyst stones to generate far infrared rays & negative ions which bring our bodies into a state of harmony.

Near-Infrared Red Light: Red light therapy (RLT) uses low wavelength red light for a variety of health and wellness benefits. Red Light therapy is simple & non-invasive, delivering red and near infrared (NIR) light to your body. This is a great addition to any session.
Crystal Energy:

Sage or Smudge Cleansing: The ancient spiritual practice smudging (burning of sage), is used for purifying a room, object or person with the smoke of sacred herbs. It can help clear negative energy from a space. Includes a smudge kit and a how-to for your continued use.
