In Level Three, the purpose of this workshop is to strengthen and deepen your connection in the Akashic Records. Through breathwork, Nicole assists you in tapping into the subconscious mind to release limiting beliefs, childhood traumas and repressed emotions as well as physical ailments that are trapped in the body. The breathwork shifts ones nervous system from sympathetic, fight or flight, into parasympathetic, allowing for that grounded peaceful state. It is a somatic meditation, that allows a cathartic release for healing of the mind body and soul level.
KAP is a direct energy transmission that activates the Kundalini awakening process. In a session spontaneous movements can and does arise. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives them deep insights or realizations. But these are just some of the side effects that can and do happen.
A profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system happens with continued exposure. Every “symptom” or sign of a kundalini awakening, from the earliest signs to the later end manifestations, are seen regularly in participants.
You lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. The facilitator touches or presses some of the chakra or meridian points on your body. That’s it. That’s all that happens on the outside.

Join us for this fun, hands-on workshop that’s appropriate for any level of tarot experience. Attendees will learn how to use this mystical deck of cards by DOING it. We’re going to enjoy drawing cards and using the intuitive messages we receive to improve our lives. You don’t have to bring a deck: everyone will pull from a big set of community cards, charged with our collective energy.
Tarot is a deck of 78 cards that emerged from 15th Century Italy, where it was used initially for playing games. It later evolved into a method of divination and fortune telling. It is now appreciated as a powerful intuitive method that can awaken us to the profound wisdom and love that exists deep inside us all. Tarot is like meditation with pictures. You might also think of it as a mirror for the soul, reflecting the deeper truths that dwell within our subconscious.
If you’ve felt intimidated by tarot in the past, here is a chance to attend a playful event among kind-hearted and open-minded seekers like yourself. You’re encouraged to come in the spirit of the tarot’s Fool card: open-minded, filled with potential, and ready for adventure!

Akashic Records Level II Workshop:
The intention of Levels I – III are spiritual personal development, providing teachings and exercises to enter deeper levels of consciousness as the reader remains fully conscious and aligns to this energy with eyes open. This process has been known to move the practitioner beyond awakening and enlightenment into greater possibilities of empowerment, to shift perception, allow acceptance and greater responsibility for conditions in ones life motivating you, the practitioner, to begin anew, to consciously create and make your own reality. Individuals assist themselves and learn new ways to assist others.
The Akashic practitioner is empowered with "tools" to clarify and release old patterns, fears and beliefs, to become a reader of the Akashic Records and to create and manifest their dreams. Once one is attuned, they have access to their own Akashic Records whenever they choose and are poised to assist others when asked.
