"I view life like water. it’s ever changing, sometimes calm, sometimes stormy. It’s full of unknowns, full of possibilities, full of emotions. Yoga is diving beneath the surface. it’s exploring the depths and the tides. by diving down into these depths we find what we’re looking for: love, compassion, forgiveness, feeling, happiness." -Maddie
As a yoga teacher, her journey is to teach people how to feel. how to dive deep within themselves to acknowledge what will make them feel good. Life is about having fun, let’s bring the inner child out and find happiness now.
Becoming a yoga teacher was the moment she found her voice. Her way of communicating her thoughts and emotions, and her way of connecting with others. Yoga taught her how to feel, how to open up, how to trust, and most importantly how to love herself.
Maddie's passion is to guide people back to their inner power with feeling the body through emphasis of breath and movement. To teach others how to calm and empower the mind with presence and visuals, opening intuition to the soul, listen to that inner voice within to access your soul and who you are.
Prior to teaching Maddie learned creative writing, photography, all art forms that she uses to show others their own beauty.
